This session ensures inclusion, diversity remains top priority amid so many pressures – the heart of belonging right into individual experience.  We look at equity within your systems and culture, and how to drive a sense of belonging right down to individual experience

We consider new solutions for the blurred world between work, home and hybrid. We look at the impact on your current communities, and those you would like to reach. We share a range of tips for psychological safety, fairness and openness, and developing ally-ship

This is partly scenario-based, with participants’ short prep in advance.
